Who runs the machine
Contro Floor Revival LLC is Natalie Contro — one technician, one standard. Formed in Ohio. Operating from Johnson City, New York (Binghamton metro). She is compassionate, real, and honest: morals and respect come with the job. She writes the scope, brings her own Pioneer Eclipse fleet, and runs after hours so the building does not stop. Fully insured. Putting a smile on someone’s face by transforming the space they walk into every day means more than any big buck — that is why Contro exists.

Surfaces

Contro strip and rebuild: neutralize, seal when the tile drinks, thin OmniGuard coats, burnish when the film has set. Scrub-and-recoat when the field is still bonded.
LVT is moisture resistant and easily maintained with the correct floor care program. It can be stripped, coated with sealers and finishes, and burnished with the appropriate pads.
Two approaches. Grind and seal: remove the old coating and top it with a sealer compatible with stone floors. PowerPolish: the Pioneer Eclipse diamond system, the right way to bring terrazzo back to a true polish. We walk the floor with you and recommend what fits it and your budget.
Pioneer Eclipse PowerPolish system: HardCore densifier, LockOut protector, ReClaim concrete cleaner — or specified film when the owner wants wet look and will maintain it. If the concrete is covered with cutback adhesive and has severe oil contamination from it, not all concrete can be restored. Sometimes encapsulation and a new floor covering is the recommended route.
Screen and recoat with the Basic Coatings system. I have refinished hundred-year-old floors and brought them back to life.
Tile and grout cleaned with the Square Scrub and its blue tile-and-grout pad, made for exactly that. SPLIT carpet chemistry with extraction, matched to the fiber and the soil. Low-foam, no suds, and it rinses clean with no residue left behind.
